We are now looking to hire a New Business Director to lead our Sales and Business Development efforts. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a small and successful business and work alongside an experienced and entrepreneurial team. We have a strong vision for the future and we are looking for an excellent commercial lead to drive our business forward.
What Will You Be doing? (Key Responsibilities)
- Act as the driving force in the company for bringing in new business across our Digital Essential and Media Management Services
- Identify right-fit companies for Sing! through research and strategic prospecting and manage the sales pipeline
- Devise and roll out an effective contact strategy to generate interest and set up calls/appointments
- Work with internal team mates to develop a selling and on-boarding process for prospects
- Convert New Business for Sing!
- Raise External Profile for our Brand and Offering in the market
- Represent the business at networking and industry events professionally and confidently
What Experience Do You Need:
- At least 8 years of Digital or B2B Sales and Account Management Experience. Ideally a Digital Agency Background.
- A deep understanding of Digital Advertising Technologies and Platforms
- A strong natural sales ability with a consistent track record of hitting targets in past roles
- Strong prospecting/cold calling skills & field sales background.
- Ability to manage the full sales-cycle, from lead sourcing to closing
- You are a natural born sales leader – someone who inspires those around them to adopt a new business mindsets and behaviours
- You relish the challenge of being the commercial lead, working in a small team and succeeding in a target-driven environment
- You are an excellent and effective communicator, comfortable speaking to C-Level customers on the phone or at face to face meetings.
