Snapchats targeting capabilities for Ireland is relatively basic at the moment. We can currently target users by age and gender, by Lifestyle Category (based on what content users interact with on snapchat), by Snap Audience Match and Snap Audience Match Lookalikes at a regional (country) or an overall country level.
