Responsibilities of Position:
- Developing the B2B brand profile of Sing! and AudioOne across the marketing and advertising industry.
- Leading the planning, content development and delivery of the new Sing! website.
- Content development (research, planning, creation) to support our knowledge credentials across the digital marketing services we offer including Google Ads, Paid Social Media, Programmatic Display, Email, CRO, SEO and Content.
- Content development for clients to help them maximise the effectiveness of their web, social media and email communications
- Sharpening of content, ad copies and landing pages we use to drive campaign performance for our clients
- Analysis of digital data to make key recommendations around messaging and targeting
Requirements of Position:
- Positive, self-motivated individual. Enthusiastic and energetic and looking for responsibility.
- A relevant qualification is helpful but someone mature with real life experiences is more important.
- Someone who is good with words – writes concise, compelling copy that engages and sells
- Someone who has a track record of using content in all its forms that generates business impact
- Someone proficient with the content process – research (Keyword Planner, BuzzSumo, SEMrush), planning (Content Calendar), execution via CMS (WordPress and Social Platforms) and measurement
- Google Analytics skills are required
- Evidence of how social media comms have been used in the past is helpful
- Design skills (Canva, Adobe) are a bonus eg. creating images, videos
- Email/CRM platform knowledge is a bonus eg. Content planning for emails, audience segmentation
- SEO skills are a bonus
- Must be a team player. Active contributor and listener.

Responsibilities of Position:
- Researching client performance in the context of the market, category and peer performance
- Working with operations/analytics team to Identify opportunities for client growth
- Recommending client development and investment plans
- Ensuring campaign performance, services used align with client expectations and potential
- Managing client relationships, communications and review cycles
- Leading new client acquisition efforts across all stages – identification, contact, pitch, contract and on-boarding
- With senior team, assuming responsibility for new client revenues and new service/growth revenues from existing clients
- Management of client contracts
- Representing the business at industry events
Requirements of Position:
- (Digital) Agency background in a client, account management role
- Track record of winning, managing, growing and retaining new business
- Clear evidence of high levels of client development (matching services to client needs/potential through the growth cycle) and client satisfaction
- Solid understanding of digital marketing services including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram and programmatic display/video advertising
- Innate desire to help companies do digital better, helping businesses grow their online revenues and brand
- Team player capable of working closely with the campaign operations/analytics team
- Personable, positive, persuasive and conviction-led
- First class written, verbal and presentational skills
- Google Ads, Analytics, Facebook experience or certifications are desired

Salary: €50,000.00-€60,000.00 per year

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitoring campaign performance to ensure KPIs are in line/exceeding campaign expectations
- Making cross-platform budgeting recommendations so that spends reflect contribution to campaign KPIs
- Reviewing aggregate performance across advertising channels to generate insights regarding media cost, conversion rates, CPA, ROI
- Using Google Analytics and ad platforms to identify growth opportunities and challenges for clients and making recommendations
- Auditing competitor activity (owned and organic) to identify potential/opportunity for clients and to inform growth strategy
Requirements
- Mathematical, engineering, computer science background ideal but real life experience always more valuable
- 6 – 18 months relevant work experience
- Strong numeracy skills
- A thinking and analytical approach
- Passionate about deriving commercial insights from data and making recommendations
- This a cross functional role and as such the candidate must be a real team player. An active contributor and listener
- Positive, enthusiastic, teachable and someone who readily assumes responsibility is sought
- Certification in Google Ads Fundamentals
- Intermediate user of Google Analytics
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus
