Meet The Team
Lee Thompson has been involved in digital marketing since 1996. He has held senior digital positions at Yahoo! UK & Ireland and Associated Newspapers, publisher of MailOnline. In 2008, Lee co-founded independent premium ad network, i-Believe. This was followed by the launch in 2012 of Insightful Media, a programmatic media specialist. Here, Lee is in charge of helping clients develop winning strategies to increase the ROI they get from their digital activities.
Dermot O’Reilly has been in digital marketing since 1996. He has held senior digital planning positions at a number of UK and German based media agencies including Starcom, Mediavest and MEC Global. In 2008, Dermot co-founded the premium ad network, i-Believe. This was followed by the launch in 2012 of Insightful Media, a programmatic media specialist. Now, Dermot helps clients develop and deliver digital strategies that support their overall business objectives.

Ad Operations Executive - Programmatic and Social
Trish Delaney has worked in advertising since 2006. In her role, she is responsible for the implementation and optimisation of programmatic and social campaigns. She has experience working with a variety of platforms including DSP’s, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Her role now sees her continue to deliver successful campaigns that meet each client’s particular requirements.
Social & Analytics Executive
Breanne recently graduated with an honours degree in Digital Media from Maynooth University. She is our Analytics Specialist and one of our Social Media Campaign Executives. Breanne is very eager to learn, with a hard-working nature and strong ability to adapt to any task given to her. Breanne is fully certified in Google Analytics and is currently studying for further digital certifications. Breanne has a passion for design and all things digital, she does not shy away from the fast paced world that digital media provides.
